Unopened, unused items sold by UDMS, LLC/The Angel Lopez Ad Agency (branded shirts, t-shirts, Attire) in new condition may be returned for a full refund within 7 business days. Items that are opened or damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete a return. Email invoice counts as receipt as long as it is marked PAID.
The Angel Lopez Ad Agency Membership Portal once you receive your log in access information does NOT give any refunds because of the sensitivity of our privilege and exclusive content, other than the 3 business days allowed to request a full refund.

Due to the nature of the services provided by UDMS, LLC/The Angel Lopez Ad Agency we cannot offer Full Refunds. If your service has not yet been rendered, in example; Direct Mail Campaigns, refunds may be considered. If the Direct Mail Campaign has already been completed by UDMS, LLC/The Angel Lopez Ad Agency, refunds cannot be issued.
On the Angel Lopez Ad Agency Platinum membership portal you have 3 business days after purchase to request a full refund.

However, due to the nature of the services provided, refunds will not be provided once you have purchased and/or completed the Direct Mail Campaigns. Upon your purchase of The Platinum Level membership level you will receive an email confirmation with your login information to the membership portal and a receipt of purchase via email. You will receive receipt via email on all direct mail campaign orders.

Cancellation Policy
The Angel Lopez Ad Agency Platinum Level Membership after $997 one time license fee is charged on a 12 month agreement of $97 per month basis. You may cancel the subscription at any time however, and all subscription/member benefits will terminate on the date upon which you cancel you subscription/membership. To avoid an upcoming monthly subscription fee, you may cancel your upcoming month up to 14 days in advance of your renewal date in order to avoid being charged for the next month.
In the event your credit card cannot be charged UDMS, LLC/The Angel Lopez Ad Agency reserves the right to terminate your Subscription/Membership. If you have trouble cancelling your membership, please contact Admin@udms.tv from the email address currently associated with your Membership.
